Hey! I just wanted you to know that I really appreciated your comment. I know people want to help (or they are dog lovers and they get all judgy) but I was feeling a bit disgruntled. Seeing as it was meant to be a funny video and not the sum total of the dog’s existence on earth. That dog is admittedly not exercised enough, but he is loved to the nth degree and spends his days eating cheerios from the baby’s hand.
Also, your verse is lovely. Did you know that Story Bleed Magazine is excepting poetry submissions?

I have a friend who also means well when she is trying to be helpful – like telling me the best articles to read in the paper before I have even had a chance to pick it up (seriously, that is not an exaggeration), but sometimes it’s just about the act of holding a newspaper and flipping through it. There simply cannot be a wrong way to do that, right?
